Meet: Wickham Square 10AM
Depart: 10:30AM on a fantastic route.

(MAP on Pg 3)

Stop off at The Percy Hobbs pub for a drink and allow for a regroup.

Contiune on more of Hampshires best roads back to Wickham.

Finish time: Probably just before it gets dark

I would imagine the A32 / A272 might be in there + a stop at a couple of places to collect more people + a stop at a suitable pub en-route?

Any suggestions on the route and meeting places welcome!

Goodwood rendezvous sounds favourite to me and then a stop at a pub between there and Brighton. Maybe a final stop on the seafront?

I still want to do one either on the 28th or 29th - still meeting in or around Bishops Waltham / Wickham and then going off into the countryside - someone mentioned meeting up on Brighton seafront which sounds like a good idea.

Anyway - forget the TVRCC cronies, this is open to ALL PHers, so lets get some interest going eh?

I can confirm there will be a meeting at Wickham at around 10am on the 28th. There are a number of makes coming along so I hope we get some more PHers to join in.

I am interested in that route you mention and hope you can make it on the 28th. If not maybe you could e-mail me with it so we can enjoy it as much as you obviously do!

Looks good! Can't change the title unless someone else can! Depending on what time we depart (hopefully 10am) I may have to peel off when we stop for a break and go off to London for lunch (relatives just told me).

How many people are going so far?
mickn, i was joking about the Saxo part. I have a VX220 turbo and will give those TVR boys a good run for there money

No need for the VXT, the saxo would have done that well enough!

Al the TVR's I ever was on track with in my Saxo disaperaed in the rear view mirror very quickly, but there again it was a little bit modified....

don't make me laugh!
It must have been a v.v.Old TVR & been badly driven by a woman.

Supercharged Saxo's only make around 160bhp on a good day!

When you say dissapeared in the rear view mirror do you mean it came up behind you so fast and passed you before you looked forwards again?

Think whatever you like my friend - the car was pretty well known especially at Goodwood (1m32s)

[quote=DustyC]Geoff...supercharged! Very interesting.
I'll be wanting a good look at the VXT too and if the chance arises a perhaps a passenger ride.

Agree it was a shame the others got lost. I think a slightly lesser pace for the next time might also help!! I'd be up for another trip whenever.
