Ford 1.6 Ecoboost Reliability

What’s the lowdown on the 1.6 Ecoboost? I’m aware there were some issues with cracked heads, is this a common issue? I know they’ve a dry belt which saves a few quid but any common issues specific to this engine? Cheers

There were recalls for cooling system issues. Also the cylinder liners can go oval due to the open deck construction.
