I`ve just fitted, wired and plumbed in my Atl cell. It`s foam filled 60ltr with internal pump, filter and regulator. Put 20 ltrs of fuel in and although the pump works, it`s not sending any fuel through the outlet. I`ve taken the flow off and put a temp pipe on but nothing comes out, and it makes no difference if I reverse the wiring.

Any ideas ?
Thanks
Pete

The motor in the pump may be working but it clearly isn't moving fluid. Check for blockages & air leaks. You may want to test the pump on a bench - see if it can pump water when sumbmerged in a bucket.

I`m not gonna atempt anything, the fuel cell is new with 2 years warranty, ATL are closed today, just wondered what peoples opinions were.
I have 2 thoughts ......

1. The cell must be filled for 1st time use, or
2. The pickup pipe from the pump is not connected.
