^ Thanks for that. I once found ls1 needle bearings in the sump so it's happened before. I don't think it's all that big an issue so will get sorted soon enough. Probably a quality control thing.
As an aside I don't have the time to read all the lsx based forums, there can be a lot of chat which isn't really all that useful if you know what I mean I here about some stuff on here form those IT bods
