Has any one used Radweld in their Rover V8 engined car? Is it OK to use without blocking the engine waterways?

Do you have a Chimaera? How do you go about removing the radiator? Which firm did you use to recore it? Sorry for all the questions but I have a long trip in France coming up and I want to get this sorted.
