Decided to sell my Toyota Landcruiser :-(
Discussion
As header, I have decided I need to sell my Toyota Landcruiser, not that I want to but have been putting it off for over a year, I have had the car for 8 years and had two owners prior to me, I am really going to miss this car big time, I love it, but I can't warrant two big engined cars and one has to go, even tho it runs on LPG and has done for last 7 years without any problems at all.
I have a few things that I need to get sorted, like new discs on the front and a couple of small dinks that are being sorted out on the mini dent meet at 007's on Sunday, will def be a sad day that my LC is sold :-(

To be honest Stick I dont have a clue, I am just going to put it on a an auction site on the net, but want to get a couple of things sorted out like the bit of brake wobble I have, so will change the discs and have a couple of small dinks that will be sorted this weekend, comes with all docs inc all mot's from new, even the original purchase reciept for £41k back in 1996 will let you know when I have it all sorted but will be a week or so.liam1986 said:
what you going to drive in the winter now then?
I have got an Astra van diesel that I am going to use from now on, really not quite the same and it def will not go where the LC went in the snow also has a spare set of winter wheels and tires that will have to go with the car.the_ferret82 said:
if i had not just emptied my wallet at the fish i would also be intretsed..
You cannot beat them to be honest ferret, its never cost me anything all the time I have had it apart from the usual things like pads and tires and only just fitted new pads all round but the LPG systen did cost £2400 6 years ago but bought the best all automatted and its never ever been a problem.snowwolf said:

Cheers Mick....it looks like it may be a Jap' import!, Does it have the 3rd row of seats in the rear?...leather or cloth?
Def not a jap import full UK version purchased from Pinewood Motor Company London I still have the 3rd row seats up in my loft and all leather interior, I took them out when I first got the car so I could have a big rear area, I also fitted a top quality tow rig, but has only ever towed a small trailer now and again in the winter to get my logs for the fire.wolfracer said:
i might be selling mine (surf not LC) as I want a V8...
The R8 option ain't gonna work for me, so I've got my eyes on a V8 Lexus powered surf thats come up for sale. Still a work truck, just a nice sound track.
If I couldn't get a Surf with a V8 then i'd probably be in the queue for yours aswell!
