WOW lovig this thread and hope you see it @ VMAX in October?
Yes, would be cool to get it to Vmax this year to see what she'll do. I suspect though that the Forces of Darkness (TM) will conspire to ensure that either a part wont arrive, something will break, or something wont work in the next 2 months! Hey ho...

BMR and Diff Technics do shaft upgrades.
Although options might make you wonder. I think the Driveshaftshop is also working on upgrades.

I see Richard shows some UJ style shafts, which some would regard as the strongest, and indeed Id nearly think this myself.

Yet...Dodge Vipers come with this style as standard, and you can buy uprated versions, with CV joints....

I think the aftermarket just likes to make parts that are different, so people think its better.

Week 12(?) losing count....

Its painful waiting for people to carry out work, particularly when they do one thing (that is not much) and say they're doing osmething else. Stil, thats life. I can only hope that the work itself is worth the wait. She will be due back to Rogers on Monday, then the install can commence. On the positive side, all the parts are heresmile

Big statement....
all the parts
No matter who is doing the work, these projects always take a long time. There can be so many unforseen items, and bits that need doing, that they do seem to take forever.
And then once its up and running...phase 2 starts !!!! and sometimes that can be even more difficult than simply building the thing, because thats when you discover problems that occured during the build, even if they may only be very minor.

Its rare that these things are ever completely finished, as you always read or hear about something new that you would like.

But in general, I still enjoy it, and Ive been messing around for over 15 years...
So the setbacks cant be all bad !!!

When its up and running and making some power, no doubt you will love it !
