Its actually us that are refunding but through javelin
as mentioned in the instructions you need to fill out the form

Odd, got an email asking for my details last week even though i didn't have a hotel booked.

I'll be coming through the pipe on Friday evening, probably about 7pm. If that's any good, then I can collect from Thurrock Services maybe?

Failing that, then one of the others from Kent will be passing close by Aveley, if collection needs to be earlier.

I'll be heading up that way so can convoy up. Not sure what time I'll be there yet - aiming for around 4 but depends on when a mate finishes work as he's coming up for the day as well.
