KAAZ is a limited slip device, it in itself does not have a ratio and does not affect teh cars gearing, hence I queried your comment. Your cars crownwheel and pinion have a ratio though, regardless of actual LSD type.

Pedantic, I know.

I didnt reccomend, or not reccomend any STACK system. Ive never used their products, or felt the need to ( or had the money to waste on them ).

I simply pointed out that a GPS speed measurement system isnt open to user error, in the same way virtually any form of mechanical/electro measurement can be.

Good luck with your turbo project, it will be an awesome project. Look forward to seeing you, and maybe even racing you at TOTB5.
It would be nice to see a lot more road cars of differing brands there.

I was just advising that the diff is a KAAZ unit and could work out the speed from the ratio

Weary last night. And tonight...or I should say this morning.... too but ho hum. To be more specific about specification the car has a fairly radical H/L cam, uprated clutch and lightweight flywheel, Wortec Performance Pack, Wortec Headers, Wortec exhaust, decat, Induction upgrade, Wortec remap, Wizards of Nos twin 10lb bottles with heaters, solenoids and Maximiser. Monkfish can fill you in on details / power output but it is circa 500 BHP without the NOS. It feels about that compared to a similar power output car I have too so I wont argue with them NOS system is a progressive 250 BHP / 280 FT Lbs wet system. Turbo will be the big version (there are two), with uprated engine components and dowelled to give circa 850 BHP with the same NOS system on top, (Aussies claim 1000 but their measurement different). Swirl tank and two extra pumps will be installed. I will source (huge!) hard-piped intercooler and water spray system, (onto intercooler, not into engine ''shudder''!). Induction will be boxed and extractor vent in bonnet. If I knew how to post pics I could show you system on another car and NOS install etc., so apologies for not doing. Will mail you pics if you wish? Car will be flat bottomed with front Cup splitters and rear diffusers. Rear wing and mirrors removed for runs. Still looking at wheels, tyres for 1/4 strips will be Micky Drag Radials, P-Zero Rossas for top speed runs (used them on Porsches and Supra and were brilliant).

I use STACK due to their accuracy, yes set up is all important.

Look forward to meeting you, not holding my breath for TOTB5 but if not complete will be at USC this year and TOTB6
