Might be worth having a look at this thread

Also worth noting that Gary (raving) has Stick100's old VT2 GTS-R, along with a blue VT2 GTS (need to get that number out of him).
I'm all for it. I did go through this list a while back and consider importing the information. The same goes for the Ute register which surfaced recently.http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

But I'm not 100% certain if each of the build numbers are UK specific build numbers (like the VXR8 and Monaro VXR's) or just normal HSV build numbers, or perhaps if there is a mixture of both. Furthermore the data is years out of date, and given that many of the users don't seem to post here anymore I can't easily ask any questions about specific cars to clear up queries about the data before adding them onto the register.
So in the interest of quality, I decided against it.
That said, if anyone currently owning any of these cars would like to post their details here, I'd be very happy to add them to the register

Feb 04 VX04 ASH Impulse Blue Formerly Hammo19
Hi, thanks for the info. Just a couple of questions before I can update the list:Feb 04 VX04 ASH Impulse Blue Formerly Hammo19
- Can you confirm that Feb 04 is the build date of the car? The build date is stamped on the build plate under the bonnet. It is not the same as the date of first registration.
- Please would you post the last 3 digits of the VIN (chassis number) so that I can uniquely identity the car.
Cheers.

Hi Paul: One more to add :
Monaro CV8
Feb 2005
Odysey Blue
Hi Gaz,Monaro CV8

Odysey Blue

Thanks for the info. Couple of quick questions:
Can you confirm that Feb 2005 is the build date as per the build plate under the bonnet? (This is not the same date as the date of first registration.)
If Feb 05 is the build date, then I'm guessing yours is the facelift model, with the nostrils in the bonnet?
Cheers,
Paul.

HI
I have a whole new category for the list for you tonight.
Its a Maloo R8 (E3) in Phantom Black - build number 3 of 3
Thanks

Just so I get the new category correct, is it a Vauxhall supplied VXR8 Maloo R8, or is this an imported HSV Maloo R8?
With the build number being 3 of 3, I'm assuming it came through Vauxhall. I'm sure HSV would have built more than 3 of them for the Ozzy market
