You just gotta think of a reason to quit and then have your last fag at night and when you wake up in the morning "say to yourself that you're a non-smoker and think, feel and believe it" then you're 90% home and dry... . I can think of two bloody good reasons to quit (pretty sure you can do )

Cancel the 5000 fag order too

i know what your saying, wish it was that easy, been a smoker since i was 9 years old.
and fags are packed in the suit case already

was 60for last 3 years but cut back abit after beening ill, got it done from 60 to 30
but old habbit came back

Yr business Mark but as I have said to mates my age who have kids... It's a little irresponsible and selfish doing something that's known to be and can be really bad for you. I'm sure 003.5 still wants his dad around when the Ro is a vintage icon. Go visit a cancer ward and that may help, when I was being treated it was not a nice place (although the staff are soooo good).

Also you could have an LS9 fitted with a few yrs savings!

My dad was on 75-100 a day while he was truck driving

one day he just stopped but put on 3 stone in weight due to eating

After 2 years started smoking again, lost the weight, and then down to 20 a day ...

When I asked him why he started smoking again he said the weight gain was going to kill him

Dad did die at the age of 64 due to smoking related cancer...

After seeing what pain Dad went through before his passing... My Mum has now given up

buy life presents things diffrent. For everyone.
have seen my dad have 4 heart attacks, quadruple by pass , small and large intestine removed , bag fitted, had 2 heart attacks in my late 20s and one 8months ago. Lost every thnk in my life 10 years ago, then found jacci and had James 6 years ago.
my life hows is the best its ever been.
but ghosts are hard to get rid of

my job dose not help, i sleep 4 to 5 hours a day,
even when on holiday.
have taken calls every day while away dealing with issues .
customer suing for falling over i the garden. Ex member. Of staff claiming wrong full dismissal. 2 quitting while iam away.
a boss pushing even though he knows iam away.
this dose not make my drinking and smoking right, but, dose make it very hard to stop. Its just been my way of dealing with issue since i was very young.
beening put in boarding school at 8 and having no family support back then, but still trying to make a life for myself has not been easy.
with out jaccis support and help i could not cope.
i hope to try and get ahead over the next year, and carm things down, and start living a normal life.

my new pub year starts on aweek Sunday , so will be doing every thing i can to change my life moving foward.

thanks for all the advice. I hear and know what i have to do, but it will take some time to get there ...
hope to get back and find a house, thus will take a big pressure. Off my shoulders, and help me build a future for Mrs 007 and 003.5
