Thanks for that Paul, haven't thought about a cover before now, but after this topic & waxing my car on the weekeend, it seems like a good idea. I'll check the net for Aus. companies sometime & see whats available over there as well.
I've never used an outdoor cover before. Anyone know if the breathable ones can be put on a wet car without any problems?

In reply to Tiler's note above, we are currently (for some time actually) offering a 10% discount for club members on covers, HSV parts and servicing, but do remember to advise us up front of your membership.

We have covers for the GTS (indoor/outdoor) for the same price as the Monaro.

If you didn't want the rather sexy 'LSV' badge, we can do them £10 cheaper than the quoted price above ....

Hi Tiler, yes I did misread it. I'll try again.

Would I post Paul's website? Yes and no. I would advise of Paul's club website, and indeed am keen to promote the club. I wouldn't advise of Paul's Wortec website, as in this guise he's a direct competitor.

Paul's in the invidious (or maybe privileged) position of running the club and being expected to give neutral advice, whilst offering many of the services required by Monaro/HSV owners himself. We're in the privileged (or maybe invidious) position of not having to address that dichotomy.

Frankly, I'm just keen that everyone gets a fair shout, so that the customers can make informed decisions. Either way, LSV will be shouting as loud as anyone else (.... ok, we might struggle) from here on in.
