Didn't see you - saw a lovely Cobra. First visit to Jersey - what a wonderful, clean, beautiful place - we loved it and got straight on the Internet on our return to look for a job - would love to move there but understand the rules, we spent sometime talking to the locals.

We looked at moving to Guernsey last year, I had a job interview and was offered the position. We then drove around and discovered the car we were in was too big for the roads, so no V8, which was a showstopper smile (not really).

Awesome weather though, and a beautiful place.

Excellent and good choice of car - we were thinking Merc SLK for the weather - have to get a job first though!

Sure I saw an R34 Skyline while I was there, couldn't swear to it. There was one windy road at one end of the harbour that was twisty and went through the woods. All the reasonable speedy stuff seemed to be hanging around there.

Don't let having a V8 put you off Guernsey or Jersey. I have a Monaro which I drive regularly and if you feel the need for speed - come along and do the Sprint on the coast road. There are a few of us here in Gsy from Utes to GTS's. The work here is good and NO COMMUTING!!!

Hi - you need to join the kart club to do a sprint. I know be cool if you could just turn up! Mind you they let me race so can't be that picky....
