Decided to strip my Kaaz 2 way down to inspect it

The photos are taken on my phone so not the best quality but thought i would upload them on here incase anyone was interested

I will add more later




The diff has 4 4mm allen screws holding the two pieces together, when you remove them you can easily split the diff to reveal all the inner workings.

The screws in the above photo have been removed

and it looks like photobucket doesnt want to rotate my photos, but everything generally looks okay no major wear

i still have not taken mine apart yet, im only replacing with standard unit which i got from mym8v8 at pvs last yr! ive just not had the time, does it all come apart that easy?

Looks like a reasonably sturdy piece. Nice strong looking outer casing.

Yes.

The only difficult part of diff building is getting the aluminium side carriers off. If you need a hand with that, shout.

How are the spanners holding up ? You must have given them a bit of use by now.
