OK my dilemma is that the future Mrs Bartlam wants to go to the registry office in an HSV and she wants me to take her which we all no is a not on really as we should not meet until the ceremony commences.

Would anybody in the Portsmouth area be available for chauffeur duties between 10.30 AM & 11.00 AM on Friday 25th August?

More than willing to pay….

Alternatively can anyone recommend a local firm to do the same in a nice car, she does not want stretched limos or anything too flash, Jag, Merc, BMW would suffice.

Tall order I know but if you don’t ask….

Will

BTW distance is about 3 miles one way

Well ....

Never thought my demand for a chauffer driven arrival at my wedding would land up on here, so Will obviously isnt going to comply ...... grrrrrrrr!!!

I'm not up my badges at all! A holden would be fine by me as would a monaro, so anybody who can seriously do it, I would really appreciate it. As recompense, perhaps you'd like to buy me a drink at the evening revelries!!!

Best wishes to you both. Hope you have a wonderful day & a very happy life together.
Gutted that I can't drive you, two S/C 4dr HSV's would have been cool, in an anorakish way;-)

Sorry, just looked at the date again, I wouldn't be able to do it

I am not sure my car would be as good as a 4dr HSV/Holden anyway!

I will let Dianne deal with those that have offered but just like to say thanks for your kind offers.

If anyone fancies joining us for a drink & nibbles plus live music on Friday evening, 25th August then you are more than welcome to come along to our reception which will be very informal, I think the venues car park can accommodate Monaro's, VXR’s, HSV’s, Holden’s etc. which would be nice – could call it a little meet!

The Bugle Hotel is off the A27 just outside Fareham, we shall be there late afternoon & expect festivities to commence from 7 pm onwards till late.

Will meant to add, but forgot ...!!!!

All cars to be parked next to each other, especially the black ones!
This is going to be the Titchfield meet ... unfortunately it'll be too dark for piccies of engines!!!
