Question re importing stickers

A question if you don't mind about importing. I ordered two HSV I want one stickers and a cd case from HSV. The post office want £14.29 including an £8 handling fee.

Is this right? I have ordered badges and clothing from compananies in Australia including HSV, I haven't had to pay this before.

I ask as I'm thinking of framing a sticker as it would be (alright is) the highest priced sticker I've ever owned.
