Where are you?

Before I dissapear from this forum for good! I dont think its particularly female friendly anymore, now that all my mates have dissapeared and it has become ruled by techy threads! Not a criticism as I realise that I am the exception, rather than the rule

So first of all where are all the people that were here when I first joined ... it was a fun forum then, that I used to like posting on! Now its too techy, and I'm off to hang out somewhere else on pistonheads

Secondly, I am just about to fawk out all my pocket money on an HSV, so bearing in mind I've seen a fair few of Will's trials and tribulations with his HSV. Can somebody talk to me about reliability of the breed. I am particularly interested in the unmodified variety! Particularly like to hear from anybody that either owns an HSV or has owned an HSV

I wasnt having a gripe at anybody in particular! It'd be difficult for me to have a real gripe around here, since I'm in a minority of one! Arrrrgggghhhhh! Scarrrreeeyyyyy! A girl that posts on a car forum, where will it all end! I'm not being 'up my badge' either, since at the moment I dont own an HSV, although I have test-driven one. I obviously know a fair bit about the super-duper-charged variety and needed comment from those of you that have both owned and have driven HSV's

I feel I can confidently go ahead and get my HSV now ...! I felt it only fair to the breed, based on a conversation with a dealer (thank you Mr Dealer ... you know who you are), not to base my decisions on a super-modified HSV, when I have no intentions of modifying. YET!!! Although I do like the HSV much better when its lowered .... oh geeze, I'm not going down this route, it never ends!!

SJC .... if you dont go away, I wont go away. Havent seen you post for ages ... and you were one of the originals that welcomed me onto the forums on my 'Ace Cafe' thread!
