Hi,

Tyres on the Sag now need changing, can't put it off any longer, so I'm just considering tyre sizes.
Currently running 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 but they look a bit stretched, especially on the rear.

Is anyone running anything bigger ? Maybe 285/30/19 on the rear etc ?
Seems to be plenty of room for the rear to increase, not so sure about the clearance if increasing the fronts.

Thanks
Paul

Thanks Josef,

I've got the Powers Performance wheels which, according to their website, are ET40 front and rear. Not checked the actual wheel yet.

Will investigate further as wouldn't mind wider on the rear to avoid the stretched look.
I think John mentioned fitting 285/30 rear but can't find any posts saying he'd done it.

Thanks
Paul

Thanks John,

My main reason for going bigger is to get rid of the stretched look and get some sort of rim protection but I've not kerbed them yet so that's no a major issue.
Would like to go 255/30 front and 285/30 rear but need to be 100% certain nothing is going to rub otherwise it's an expensive exercise.

Hi John,
Just wondered if you'd had the 285s fitted to the Tuscan yet ?

I ordered 255/30 and 285/30 from a local outfit then found out today they can't supply for some reason frown
Looks like Blackcircles is the easiest option.

I've got Yokoham Advan Sport at the moment and always been happy with those so was going to stick with them.
My use is for road only so no track use. Changing the size is therefore a cosmetic thing rather than anything else. I've no issue with 235/35s on the front so maybe makes sense to go with 275/30 on the rear if they're the correct sizes for the rims.
