advice/guidance - selling my Tamora

story in a nutshell. Have owned my Tamora for 4 years but for the last 2.5 years its been in storage (I know but we built a house and they get kind of expensive) around 3 months ago I decided to bring it home but again its again sat in the garage. With 2 kids we just don't fit....so I have decided to sell it.
It is a MK2 30K miles - anyway a "buyer" of TVR's has offered me £15,000 for it
Having been out of the TVR loop for a while how reasonable/miserable is this. Prices for a Tam seem to be all over the place. I'm not really mad on selling it but storage option is expensive and now waiting list, garage space is required and ironically the TVR sale would enable me to build a new larger garage!
should I service/MOT and go for private, stick a 4.3 in and go for a big profit?
any advice?
