Took the Sag out for a run yesterday and had to stop of in town to pick up something for tea. Parked the car up in a public place just off the high street and when I returned I found two pensioners looking all over admiring the car! When they realised it was mine they started asking all questions about it and I was really surprised about their own knowledge of TVRs and fast cars, I thought god I have found a couple of Geriatric Petrolheads!
We ended up chatting for over half an hour about all sorts of things car related and I was really pleased and astonished about their enthusiasm and knowledge. As it happens they were husband & wife and drive a 3.2 Audi TT, the same as Mrs Buzz and do not hang about when they drive it from what I gathered.
Really made me pleased that people of all ages can appreciate cars like this and I hope both Mrs Buzz & I are as lively & enthusiastic as this about all things cars when we start drawing our pensions.

I had an old dear give me a thumbs up, she must have been 80+ and was on a mobiltiy scooter!

I love the reaction from older people around there 80's when out in my farthers Sagaris, their eye's just light up and they always want to ask questions
