Mine has corroded and is all pitted, looks crap. A while back I tried to get enough interest to arrange some to be made up, but failed (these beauties are so rare wink). So I know its a long shot, but anyone got one of the metal surround rear Tamora badge that they might want to part with. Condition doesn't matter too much, can be repaired.

Failing that, any ideas of where I can get one? I am going to try fleabay, but any other suggestions?

You can also try http://www.tvrshop.com. No 'the' in the web address.
Put 'Badge' in the search box and a list of whats on offer from this supplier will be displayed.

Thats the problem I am finding. Yes can get the back plate, but doesn't really help, because I need the Tamora bit for the middle. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Another option is to get one made. www.heko.co.uk should be able to make you one at the right size.
The font is ITC Galliard Bold Italic but doesn't include a T with the curly top which I think was special.
One of there standard fonts BookAntiqual gives a passable Tamora again with a non curly top 'T'.
You can try various fonts out using there badge creator section

Perhaps try these guys:

Certainly seems like a keen price.

You mean this to stick on the base? I have one if you want it

Note this is plastic, not the metal cast one. Dimensions are 112x34 it was made to fit the plinth.
It's brand new, picture doesn't show it properly but the text is silver chrome colour. and has an adhesive backing.

I had 2 of these made and are an exact replica of the Tamora font.

Thanks for the offer OatSy.

The bit that has corroded and looks crap on my car is the surround, not the badge you picture. What I dont know is whether the 'base plate' if you will, that is shown further up the thread, plus your 'Tamora' is what I need to replace the badge on the car.

The base plate looks like its possibly designed for the front of the car (or maybe the rear of a T350 etc) but as the rear badge on the Tam is the boot release button, is it different? Anyone know? Racing Green's website doesnt really confirm either, a phone call probably will I guess.
Thanks.

I think you can use this plinth, all you need to do is remove the threaded rod from the back of your old badge and use to mount the new plinth, you need to buy a new seal/gasket I have a spare seal too.
