How to dismantle centre console on V12V...
Discussion
remove screws from center consol......2 are located at the front under the rubber mat thingy....the other 2 are hidden at the very back under a sprung piece of metal....you need to pop in a small slotted screw driver to get it out...underneath will be 2 more screw....once all undone....lift centre piece up and away from dials at front....it should then lift high enough to un plug your 2 x buttons....once un plugged it should be able to turn over slighlty to undo rest of plugs....hey presto it's out....
I think there is a tuturial on u tube for removal...if not pop round and i will do it for you...

Argh..... DBS seems more simple than V12 centre console.... I found the 2 front screws but cannot get hold of the 2 back ones....I think there is a tuturial on u tube for removal...if not pop round and i will do it for you...
Anyone knows where to find those two little s...... ?

Maybe for the 2 + 2 DBS, but not for the 2 + 0 version. Requires removal of the rear pod trim panels and the alloy plates, then removal of several other screws on either side of the transmission tunnel cover to finally get to the two rear screws of the armrest...lots of work for 2 rotten little screws.Anyone knows where to find those two little s...... ?

Took away the rear alloy plate and several screws along the centre tunnel but no other hidden screws to be seen...There seem to be some screws hidden before the alloy plate ? Just under the last top leather panel...

Yes, You need to remove the leather "card" that is behind the arm rest. Use a non metallic thin lever and carefully pull it piece up. The screws are under this piece of leather. It is really easy to do once you see what to do.
No matter what I try, I cannot get this leather card off... And I am afraid of marking the leather...It really does not want to move. I had a look at the video on YouTube, where the guy removes the panel very easily on the DB9 but it seems very different on the V12V (and I guess V8s).
Any ideas ?
