Lots of these companies don't do any favours for existing customers...
Last years AA renewal letter....." As a loyal member for 15 years this years renewal will be £120 but will include lots and lots of extras that you didn't ask for and don't want"
I actually rang and said hang on, I can join today for £70 quid with exactly the same cover as I have now....
Not bothered one bit......... So I just let my membership laps, and then rejoined as a new customer....
