Jockman has bought a pair of these I think, not sure if he drives in them or not though:

Nice one George, I've been waiting to see how long it would take for some 70's throw back platforms to appear with a reference
to the everyones favourite wee man.

Surprised he didn't surface when those fine slippers appeared the other day.

Ohh....those platforms remind me of my Bay City Rollers days yes

Ed, I did intend posting up the picture of my slippers with headlights in from a while back but, alas, I cannot locate it frown

These are by far the greatest driving shoes I have ever had They make them to measure by sending you a mould for each foot. Brilliant for H&T and they also do FIA approved boots if you are more serious than I am. Takes about six weeks and they are wonderful to deal with. Not cheap though.

Please define 'not cheap'. They look fantastic and I REALLY want them but need a rough idea of costs. Can't find anything on their website!

I bought mine a few years ago and they worked out to be about $700 shipped to Canada. best thing to do is to contact them on their website and they will quote you. They are phenomenally grippy and comfortable.
