I will take delivery of a DB7 Vantage 2000W next week, my first Aston Martin and I wondered which insurance company is preferred by the owners on this forum.
I currently own a Porsche Boxster will be running it with the Aston so also wondered if there maybe a chance of a multi car policy for these types of cars?

Locktons (the AMOC 'approved' insurer) and Admiral always get a mention. I called around lots and CCI (Competition Car Insurance) came up with the best price for me. (Mine is a limited mileage, non commuting policy).

Admiral do a multicar policy although it's often cheaper to get separate policies.

Don't forget you can only use your No Claims Discount on one policy at any one time.
Shop around for one that will allow NCD on more than one car.
Get competative quotes from Moneysupermarket and GoCompare, surprising what they offer.

CCI will mirror a NCD from another policy.

Bump.....if there is any life out there biggrin

Just had my Admiral Multi Car renewal quote for my DB9 and Karen's BMW - £990 ish.

Acquired a quote online - individually - and it came in at £780 ish.

Phoned them, they matched it then took it down to £752, representing £511 for my DB9 and £241 for the BMW.

Just goes to show you......scratchchin

Tracker Renewal - £250 for the year.

4th year service £900 (collected and returned) + £35 Mot.

I budget £3k every March, so should be well under this year smile

Yes.....but not as we know it biggrin

For what it's worth Mikey....if I use the 2 main search engines.....Confused is ALWAYS cheaper than Moneysupermarket for the SAME policy.

Despite taking a wee bit longer to use, they seem to rebate more of their commission smile

Admiral is the cheapest in the market for multi car, single car go to swiftcover. Both very good and dominating the uk motor market. Guessing your not 18..

Just got my renewal through on a MY06 V8V, it was insured on an agreed value but they have now advised that they will revert to market value and if I still want an agreed value I need to have it valued which will last for 1 year then when it is over 10 years the valuation lasts 2 years. I have a call out to them to find out wat they believe is the market value.

But do people go for market or agreed valuation?
