Anyway, I now no longer own the VW. I've replaced it with an extremely chavvy Audi S3 in bright orange! So feel free to criticise that. It's certainly ostentatious!
Sorry to interrupt you George, whilst you are dealing with your DB9 stuck rear windows. Has the rain stopped?.............
Your new Audi has reminded me of a REAL orange car. To be suitable as a daily driver for you, it would need to be fitted with your favourite engine. The M159 6.2V8 in SLS Black series spec 620 bhp. That would surely be a machine to test the concentration of even the best driver.
You may find that the braking is rather tricky, from those higher speeds that you enjoy, because unfortunately Brembo ceramics are not an option with this wheel size.

The M159 engine isn't my favourite (although it certainly is up there). I actually prefer the M113 supercharged 5.5 V8, however both would be fine in the orange mobile .............

Also, the Aston has gone to storage somewhere I suspect water has got into the door modules again, and if that is the case I will be fking furious. They were fixed under warranty a few months ago
