First time I’ve ever heard of there being different service schedules for the same mileage between Dealers and Indis. I've seen and used the service schedule for a Dealer - JCT.
They are not exactly the same
(Accepting you’ll never have had the same service, because they do vary according to mileage.)
We are talking about the Aston Martin official service schedules aren’t we?

The difference I've noticed is on the Air Filters, Gibberish.(Accepting you’ll never have had the same service, because they do vary according to mileage.)

Both Schedules insist on oil filter change each service, and pollen filter change every EVEN service. However, the DMS Schedule insisted on Air Filters being changed every service whilst the JCT chedule - said to be the official version - only asked for this to be done on the EVEN services along with the pollen filters.
There is a rationale for this in that the UK is NOT regarded by AM as an arduous market ie the climate and conditions do not cause the Air Filters to require such a frequency of change. Now if you venture to parts of the Middle East and USA, they will be working to the first Schedule.
This item alone explained some of the difference in my last round of quotes

Well at least we have the full story on the cheaper service quote above (thanks to Speculatore for clarifying), and fine if they declared their omission upfront. Worth asking more probing questions, in order to make sure it’s a fair comparison.
It’s clearly the case that some dealers do ‘pick and mix’ service pricing; it muddies the waters somewhat.
Little wonder some pricing is viewed with skepticism.
Jockman, thanks for your reply. and Merry Christmas to all on here.

+1 common practice and how we operate in our industryI've seen and used the service schedule for a Dealer - JCT.
They are not exactly the same
It allows the main dealer to maintain margins on a lower value
But also allows indies to add value beyond the main dealer scope

Used www.servicethecar.com to obtain quotes for a 7 year service for my DB9 , which includes spark plug change.
Cheapest quote was from Grange Exeter at £760, followed by Bridge Hill Motors at Macclesfield at £841.50.
Rang Grange Exeter . Service reception stated that AM price was £1800 but that I could have a discount of £400 .
Mentioned the website price. No explanation as to why there was such a disparity , so error ?
