On the motorway driving home last night and the 'tyre system fault' and fault light starts flashing, so i slowed down and listened for signs of a flat, couldn't stop as no services, after a few mins the fault lights stopped flashing and just stayed illuminate. Then a couple of mins later all fault lights went out and i didn't see them again for the rest of the journey.

Got back, tyres look ok and none of the coloured LEDs are illuminated below glove box.

Any ideas!?

What PSI do you all fill your Corsas up to?

Cheers.

Cheers Tony, so nothing to worry about then!? I will check pressure later just to be sure.

Lining up to be a good day for a blast by the looks of things, just hope not too many others on the road clogging it up!

Looses the signal from one of the tyre sensors and therefore shows as a fault. Must have picked it up again then extinguishes . I'm pretty sure it's a different message if there is a tyre pressure issue.

Disconnect the box under the dash or it will just keep happening. Definitely a sign of TADTS (albeit sometimes it does show up a fault and can therefore be useful).

I've taken mine out all Aston's I've had - waste a time in my opinion.

Has this got anything to do with it?

Cheers for the comments, sounds like I should disconnect if it keeps happening! Hopefully Aston are working on a fix for this, especially if it's a recurring problem... rolleyes

Doubt it - they have been like that since 2005.

Disconnect it and just keep and eye on the tyres manually. No biggy

Think there is an updated system since V8VS was launched.
