There are *minor* gearbox issues with the Silver Slut at the moment. Should be fixed this weekend though.

the linkage was fcuk when i had it, Fibbs was gunna fix it but couldn't be assed...

I had a look at it - turns out it isn't such an easy fix. The bracket holding the neutral return spring and the rest of the gate assembly is actually inside the gearbox. Well, sort of.

In the end I couldn't figure out if I'd ever get it back in once I'd removed it so I didn't try. Other peoples' cars are best left to the professionals!

Nothing a good recon can't sort out. She'll still go forwards just fine...

He's got a bloke quoting him £500-£800inc VAT depending what it needs. Hopefully it'll be on the £500 end of the scale as it just seems to be the reverse dog/synchro that's dead.

Can your guy beat that?
