Me too I put together a weekend like this a few years back but it never happened for several reasons so I've got some decent places hidden on my PC - I'd also looked into hiring Troc Mon (Anglesey ) for exclusive use for a day and the price was OK for a group of 20 or so..... could be worth a look? Feel free to drop me a mail if you want to discuss.....

If I were to publicise this over on MRC or FDUK then it's highly likely I could boost the numbers BUT with greater numbers comes the risk of people pushing the limits a bit hard(er) than we did last time...
