Honda Jazz facelift - when was it?

Jazz - not a usual ph car!

A friend is looking at buying a secondhand Jazz; there was a facelift, but I am not sure what it involved, or when it was carried out.

Can someone please shed some light on the matter?
Is the facelift worth tracking down?
Any experiences of the CVT-automatic?
