This is probably far fetched.
I would ask the seller that you are aware its been in 17 times and you would like to know the reasons.
It could have been for a few faults, at least the owner noticed them and got it fixed.
On the other side of the coin you could have someone who experienced an issue and thought that it was nothing and never bothered to visit the dealer and then you inhert this problem.
I usually give my cars into the dealer for the tiniest of things because I like the car to be kept tip top.
Probably but I've been stuck with so many used cars over the years that had crappy previous owners I'm probably over cautious now! LolI would ask the seller that you are aware its been in 17 times and you would like to know the reasons.

Where is a good place to buy parts then...?
Like a complete and utter bellend, I reversed in to a low wall as I reversed out of her drive on the TESTDRIVE, ignoring beeping parking sensors AND the Camera, you should've seen the look on the lady face, she was in shock. Luckily, I had already agreed a price at this point.
What a tt I am!
Anyway so now I need a new reflector at the left rear.
Nice enough car though, and the price leaves room for any issues should they show up.
For a change Fully Loaded could (almost) be used:
Adaptive Drive
Comfort seat, heated / ventilated
Power boot
Pano roof
Comfort Access
Adaptive Xenons
20 inch wheels
Reversing Camera (!)
Aux Heating
4 zone Climate control
TV
DAB
Rear entertainment
Media Pack
Sun shading glass
Climate comf windscreen
7 seat
Upgraded speakers and USB
If it had radar cruise and heated steering wheel it would be perfect, but for the price I'm not complaining.

I can laugh as I did similar. On a test ride of a motorbike. I decided that even with fractured ribs that it would be wise to go and test ride this bike (private seller). As I rolled it off the center stand, not noticing the camber of the driveway, the bike fell away from me, and the pain in my ribs made me drop it. Smashed indicator, snapped brake leaver, and had to ask the owner to assist in picking the bike up.
No price agreed at this point either
I took the bike on a ride, and it was perfect - apart from the damage I caused. I wanted the bike, and knew it would be less than £100 to fix the damage I caused. I made what I thought was a fair offer, and the seller agreed, so no (more) damage done.
I kept that bike for 7 years and did 40,000+ miles on it.
