The E39 by far the best looking one, what is it with the new back lights ?
Seems like the designers are blind or do they design the the front and forget the back ?
Although I'm a huge E39 fan I have to say the rear lights on the F10 are fantastic, one of the best parts of the design for me. Infact the whole F10 feels like an E39 replacement. The E60 looks like the odd one out in the model, inside and outside of an F10 it just feels like the natural progression of an E39. I used to worry that I hated the E60 because it's newer than the E39. Now the F10 is around I realise its not that at all.Seems like the designers are blind or do they design the the front and forget the back ?

I posted these a while back in reader's cars but should be here too - 10 years of 5-series ownership for me. E39 530i Sport, E60 530d M Sport (I did a PB 133k miles in this one) and the latest addition F10 535d M Sport. You can't beat a good 5-series!
Fantastic car history! The new F10 is especially nice. How are you finding it?![biggrin](/inc/images/biggrin.gif)

Any more pictures of this, particularly from the side? Is it lowered?
No not lowered just on msport suspension. This is the only full side shot I have since the wheels went on last week. ![](http://i1195.photobucket.com/albums/aa392/jamescutting/25B6AEB8-3A33-44CD-BE28-771B18D947C5-29620-000008A2A6625877_zps9e870deb.jpg)

Thanks Jim, looks great. If you take any more please post this up, I am thinking of doing something similair to a red e90 I am looking to buy. What model and colour are the wheels, and what size are the tyres (do they catch at all?)

I was thinking about one but the boot is tiny when the roof is down.
Hope you enjoy it, I loved my previous generation Z4

BeautyTo get the beast you have to get the 35Si

Absolutely loving it so far, the 4 cylinder makes a less impressive noise than the 6 cylinder versions I've had before ( although the note is still quite good ) but the lighter nose seems to improve the handling a little and the delete-M.Suspension seems to strike a nice balance for the ride. The 184 engine is still quite peppy but I think the 28i is probably the perfect choice if you can get one at the right price.
