New X5 - Any good deals ?

No, for the only reason I don't like the look. The Macan looks better (but too small inside) the Cayenne, especially the Diesel S is big / fast enough but doesn't do it for me. I paid in the end about 65KGBP for a full spec car incl. winter wheels (I live in Switzerland) plus a good trade in price for mine. Cars here also include 10 year free servicing and 3 yr warranty.
Just discovering all the nice bits, such as the adjustable sport modes, connected drive (remote starting etc) fantastic seats (comfort) and the performance for a 2 tonne + car which is staggering. The automatic steering / driving in traffic jams is new to me but is quickly becoming essential.
I've owned a F15 X5 30d M sport for about 4 months now. Mine is an ex Demo '63 plate.
I've not owned or driven an X5 before, so have nothing to compare it to, with regard to previous X5's. I really like new X5...as mine is an ex Demo it comes pretty well spec'd and I think I got a pretty good deal on it. Having test driven other options from MB and RR/LR I think it was by far the best car and best spec'd car.
I read someone on here saying they're getting over 40mpg from an X5, which I'd love to know how to achieve!? According to the computer I've averaging around 34mpg, which I think is pretty decent for something the size and weight of an X5, especially when you take into account how nippy it is and how quickly it can go cross country......
As an all round car, I think it's excellent.
