Alpina Gear Knob

I am looking to get hold of an alpina gear knob to fit my 86 635csi. I have only found wooden ones and am looking to get a leather one, but don't want to pay sily money. Are they available in leather and has anybody got any sugestions for obtaining one?

Never seen an Alpina leather manual gear knob, my old mans switchtronic (auto) is leather with the green and blue stitching, but all the manual knobs I've seen have been light or dark wood with the Alpina logo on top, a few come up on ebay every now and again but theres none there now, Cooks ferry or somewhere like that might have one but I would imagine they are about £40ish

Maybe buy a wooden one, and swap the badge to another aftermarket one...?

Thanks for the advice guys, it looks like I may have to get a wooden one. I will bide my time and get a bargain at e-bay
