Any changes for MY2009 X5's other than the model names?

I've just noticed that the 2009 models have been renamed "xDrive 30si" etc. and the list prices have gone up a smidge (over here in Switzerland, at least).

Engines appear to be the same power outputs/CO2.

P.S. Is it the case that there is no manual gearbox option currently available in the X5?
