530d Touring - leaking door seal.

All, I have an issue with my (2003) 530d Touring currently.

The rear passenger side footwell is filling with water. I am assuming the door/window seal has given up. But it's difficult to establish where it's gone and the route it's taking to the footwell.

Any advice/pointers/gotchas welcome.

It's the membrane between the door and the door card.

You can seal it with some stuff from halfords, bathroom sealant (the clear stuff) may do too.
