Wife's 1 series had Bridgestone Potenza RFTs, 215/40/18 + 245/35/18
The 215's are a bit hard to get hold of.
£600 a set..
After a bit of research found that 225/40/18 fit the front. So a set of Goidyear Eagle F1 RFT fitted @ under £500
The ride is so much better, almost like proper tyres! It's a different car. So saved £100 and a far superior ride.
Worth looking at if you need a set..

Well I've pulled the trigger on a complete set of Bridgestone Potenza S001 RFTs for the Beemer. It'll be interesting to see how they compare with the P Zeros I have at the moment.
I found the Goodyears far better than the Potenza's. Quieter/far less crashy ride/100 cheaper too..
