Evening,

Some st broke off the drivers side wing mirror of my 323 coupe the other night. I need the housing (not painted cover as that is intact) and the glass. I have tried Eurocarparts and the housing is £114 and the glass is £67 yikes.
As the car is getting on now, can anyone recommend a good secondhand parts company that specialise in Beemers? I have had a look on ebay but they were all for saloons or passenger side.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

you could try a company called find a part, they are in the yellow pages, they will put a request out to all the breakers who will ring you if they have the part. there is another company on the net called 247 google them, same principle good luck
I have tried them before, unfortunately I got responses offering me completely wrong parts.

There are always plenty on Fleabay, or try BMBitz in Canvey Island.

You say the painted cover is ok, check the 4 little lugs, they use a zip clip type fitting, and if the teeth are stripped will need glueing on.
The clips are all fine thumbup
