e46 for 4k

Hi guys,

After a rather nasty accident in my old car its time for a new one. I'd love to get an e46 3 series but is it possible for 4k at a push?

Not fussed about any specs other than not wanting an estate.

Yeah that looks very nice. Should i be worried about higher (80k+) mileage?
