Jeez, thats gopping That Aprilia looks well cheesy, in fact it looks so cheesy it makes cheesy things look mundane. Can't wait to see the team members with their mirrored sunglasses shouting "fk yeah" while slapping their thighs and lassoing the grid girls.
Does the purdy gurl wanna come see my stars and stripes.
1980 wants their colours back.
Vile.

I'm a fan of 80s and 90s race liveries/sports bike colours. Much better than a lot of more recent stuff.
Yes but Stars and Stripes on a American race bike. Come onnnnnnn. This is the sort of crap you'd see in the A Team, Dukes of Hazzard, Starsky & Hutch or Silver Dream Racer.
That isn't a classic 80's race team livery.
You see my point?

If the idea is to grow USA support and bring USA based companies into the sport it makes complete sense to use a USA flag based livery. This is the sort of crap you'd see in the A Team, Dukes of Hazzard, Starsky & Hutch or Silver Dream Racer.

Yeah, I suppose you're right.
Those Americans like everything with cheese.
USA is enormously sport oriented, especially in the youth sector for participation and middle aged for those watching as fans. Those Americans like everything with cheese.
They are also very patriotic and display that far more openly than your typical European.
It's ripe for expansion compared to many other markets, if they can do the same job as liberty media have done with F1 it could grow rapidly.
It may need a similar clear out as F1 had getting rid of Bernie to enable it fully though. The sport is currently run by old men with a European bias.

I am well aware of the facts you have pointed out but lets not cloud the point I was making about the Colour Scheme. They are also very patriotic and display that far more openly than your typical European.

I don't mind a bit of stars and stripes though
