Rach, if you would like a lift you are more than welcome. I have no problem driving to Goole, but you're welcome to meet near the bridge if you want to leave your car and travel together in mine.
I will drive at a pace you're comfortable with, and won't exceed a pint of Magners or pear cider. And by the way, the friendly banter earlier aside, I'm a gentleman. And no you don't have to put petrol in either. Just push when it runs out, lol.

Unfortunately the result was of no use to you as they didn't put your name on the list despite your persistence, so your last post was appropriate.

But then again, my name was in for 10 months and even after trawling through pages of posts to help by compiling the first lists, I didn't make it either. 
I should have just added my name on Monday or Tuesday, like others who got places, as the piece of paper with my name on it might have landed on the top to be picked out.
If I sound bitter, it's because I am a bit.
A lot of the people who have missed out have been looking forward to this for nearly a year and most things are on a 'first come, first served' basis and not 'last in, first out the hat'.
Anyway, the way the draw has been run, spreading it over numerous threads and missing names out of the draw (Taita and there were 40 names on the list, excluding Suzy Perry, tim2100 and y2blade, but only 39 strips of paper for the draw), doesn't bode well for a well organised day so I think I'll give this sort of event a wide berth in future.
