Still far too quick, far too late to react, and the reaction is wrong IMO. She changes course but doesn't slow down (or if so not enough).

She could have easily stopped 30 yards before, as many of us would.

Well I'm not a huge fan of London cyclists but I have to say most impartial observers of that video would blame the motorcyclist for the accident.

The cyclist was obviously using his phone but it looked like he was in the cycle lane, didn't deviate from his path and the motorcyclist tried to get through a space that just wasn't big enough.

They're both at fault here. The motorbike catches the bars of the bike, clearly there wasnt enough space. But if the cyclist had had both hands on the bars would he still have fallen off? Both at fault IMO.
