Do the ‘easy to get at’ pockets stay dry when it rains as this is one of my frustrations with many wet weather suits. All my fuel receipts that I need to claim back expenses end up getting soggy!

I just got in from todays downpour and having read this checked the pockets. The 4 outside pockets are dry !!
