Got mine Bell (end) M10 an hour ago, took me half an hour to get my head round as how come it is as what it is! went for a spin- geez!
Buckle badly made, badly positioned (PLASTIC strap retaining ring)...
Chin (first that goes around ear) insert just plain bad, fixed with PLASTIC clip.
Spring loaded dark visor- YES badly designed, so the angle once in position facing inwards (no glass wearer) be able to wear it, but most importantly with chin up- draws air in to the eyes! (40MPH) and I had to drop the front straight down, despite going back through the town it is as uncomfortable as can be. Spring is literally ringing in my left ear, besides enormous whistling all-round due to gaps, design flaws.
Paintwork- just look up in to dark visor retraction gap- plain glass fiber seen.
Gaps are all over uneven.
With chin up... god forbid to have an accident! lid is so wonky- weak, it is way lower protection that LIDL's (I think £45) helmet.
No ECE safety certificate! could that be illegal?
To be fair, the worst helmet I've tried on for very long time regardless of price, undecided to send it back or just throw it to the back of a cupboard and get it whenever my mother in law would need a lift.

For £105 it s great value, especially as it comes with spare tinted visor, helmet bag, chin guard, nose guard.
Off to jump a few double deckers now!

The helmet is great but the visor has no lip/catch on it...lunacy and I'm sure will drive me mad!

Bell (end) M10 continued...
anyone could say ventilation works at all?
upper (weirdest mechanism) does something, hardly any air is going through.
chin vent doesn't work or looking at it closely could work at all in any case...
WTF is this item, named Bell?
Could it be one of them s "honda" generators scam?
Thinking about some way to report it to Health and Safety or Trading Standard Agency...
"antifog" wiser... I bet will steam up....
honestly shocked by most shabby helmet in my 25 years of helmet wearing... and I had Chinese made and all the other sorts...
would any of the owners dispute my findings?

BMbler, the helmet isn't designed to be worn with the chin bar up whilst moving.
Mine doesn't look bad quality at all, to be honest.
side by side, my 2 year old Lidl's CRIVIT is tons better in every respect of quality, sturdiness and safety, and yes, in town etc I almost always ride with a chin up (smoking fag in all)Mine doesn't look bad quality at all, to be honest.
srob
did you ride at motorway speed with it yet? (I swear to be completely deaf in my left ear in a weeks worth of riding)

Well stop moaning about the noise and the fact your eyes water if you're using the helmet other than how it's designed to be used srob

And no, I haven't ridden at motorway speeds in it. To be honest though if I was doing motorway speeds on my bike the helmet's noise would be the last of my worries.

I didn't click on images as where what you meant red... thankzzz!
I'll try to speak to them tomorrow about return, back to the question of ECE safety certification:
I remember, that all motorcycle helmets had to have safety certificate displayed, I doubt it could get one, also I doubt it is legal to sell helmets, that don't have one?
Am I right here? or the rules changed again?

With all due respect, Bell Helmets are a big name. They wouldn't sell something that's illegal and Amazon are bigger still. So they wouldn't either.I didn't click on images as where what you meant red... thankzzz!

If you don't like the quality then that's fine but I wouldn't advise going after them for selling illegal stuff
