Wouldn't mind those tyres Si please...
All yours as per the texts.MattOz said:
I'm surprised at that. I replaced my old 2CT's with some Power Pure 2CT's and they're just as good, if not better in my experience. Giving great mileage too, approx 3000 so far.
I don't want mileage though. I want tyres that work for me. They will be fine but they just don't work for me. The Pirellis that I had on before we're incredible and they'll be going straight onto the new bike I get for next year. It'll be interesting to see what Mr OCD thinks of the "lightly" scrubbed set he picked up off me.

Indeed... I'm actually little weary about fitting them as I love the feel of the PR3's on the R1 but I'm going to fit them next weekend (ran out of time yesterday) and give them a good run... If I'm not keen will put them on Wife's bike and get me a new set of PR3.Out of curiosity what pressures did you run? Apparently common complaint of lack of feel from front is due to low pressure. The LLT means they need higher pressures than usual...
Lightly scrubbed? I dread to think what heavily scrubbed is...

That looks like it has been run at low pressure... What tyre pressure have you been running?
It hadn't, until the said hole appeared whilst on the motorway, and I had to get to a safe place on a flat tyre. All the nicks started in the last 1k miles on it's life, when it was near it's end. But the current on I have on at the moment started to get small nicks last weekend after long runs on French motorway.

Yep that is what is happening to mine ... already fixed one puncture ... now got another (very very slow) but noticing lost's of nicks appearing in the tyre ... it seems to be shredding a bit as well. They are coming off Saturday.
