This may seemm an inconsequential, even boring video, but it's the first time my shed project has been started in a year. So chuffed it actually runs again, it looked like it would never be a bike again at one point, it was in so many bits and under a pile of crap...

Were you not very confident about that kill switch? Sounds pretty good

Chocolate and Banana Crepe. I should have taken a photo of the ham and cheese and egg Galette I had for main course, it was lovely

No you cant biggrin the road we came back was amazing cut right through some hills and wasnt riddled with pot holes or cars. Nor did it have big bd amounts of water next to all of it (Im scarred of water).

Started off going to Calander towards loch Lomond but I took a right and endedup going past Loch Tay through Aberfeldy towards Crieff back to stirling then home to falkirk.

Was freezing to be fair and windy but an ok ride, enjoyed the second half of the run much better than the first.

Sounds to me like you went back to Crieff from Aberfeldy via the "Sma' Glen". That's a cracking road, even better going North, as when you reach the edge of the hills above Aberfeldy, the view as far as Scheihallion is amazing. That's as good a circuit as it gets for a day trip.
Ignore Loch Lomond, especially at weekends, it's full of BiB.
Stirling, Greenloaning, Braco, Muthil, Crieff, Aberfeldy via Amulree, Loch Tay to Killin, Lix Toll to Lochearnhead to Callandar and home via Doune in time for tea and medals. (I used to live near Dunblane).

Today is an abject lesson as to why I shouldn't be allowed to wander into bike/car dealers when I'm bored. Started browsing, ended up going for a test ride and have just put a deposit on something that looks v similar to this except with regular mirrors, exhaust and a fly screen:

Street Triple R in Crystal White, should take delivery in a week or so smile First new motor vehicle I've ever bought, v chuffed biggrin Think I got a pretty good deal as well, by my reckoning I've saved about £1k on the package they've offered compared to what it would have cost

I pretty sure I took that on the stretch of the Pilgrims way between Hollingbourne and the white cross.

When are you out again Pete?

I've not been out since my waterlogged enduro experience where I nearly cried.

Probably not out next weekend as have a couple of weekends working and trying to find a car - probably late May.

Fleegle's is trying to pull together some dates for another jolly boys outing to da Wales if you are up for that.
