I've just swapped the RC8 for a Superduke, have always had supercorsas on the RC, the SD is fitted with B'stone 023 anybody have any experience of them? They seem to be a fairly flat profile (although lots of tread so not squared off) My first thought was to e bay them and fit something a bit sportier.

My mate use to swear by them on his zx6r for daily commuting. Use to get good mileage out of them aswell (7-8K). Just fitted one to the front of the SMT and will stick a back one on in a month or so when the PR2 is shot.Seem to be quite sticky on the edges with plenty of bobbling on the rear when I ran a back one for a couple of thousand miles last year.

Pretty good, though like the other Bridgestone BTs, they seem to square off a bit too easily and were a touch 'squirmy' in the wet.

Will be fitting PR3s next I reckon.

Also, good mileage. Had them on my Honda when I bought it, sold it about 5000 miles later and they were still good for another 3 or 4000 miles.

I like them

I've had them fitted to quite a few different bikes, from Hayabusa to TT600, and have no complaints, we also have them on Mrs215's Bandit 650 just now.

Dry grip is well beyond what I have ever needed, wet grip is pretty impressive too and they seem to last forever without squaring off too much.

There is a new top of the range Bridgestone sport-tourer tyre coming out soon, the T30, which is meant to be even more dogs-danglier, so expect BT023 prices to come down a bit.

i just paid £93.50 for a 120/70/17 fitted. Think it was approx 65+VAT from supplier,+ £5 profit and a tenner to fit

I have them on my NC700 and they seem to cope well with the 47bhp!

Although they have squared off somewhat, there is loads of tread left at 6200 miles.

4 track days and all year commuting. I got 8000 out of a set, very nearly knee down in the wet on track but not quite as good as PR3s I've got on now. Very good dry grip, predictable.

Cracking tyres.

really, I thought an NC7 would have more power than that.

I have used them in the past on the road in all conditions, I have a new set in the garage ready to go on once I have used my old track tyres.

On my 2nd - 12,000 miles out of the first (only an ER6 mind), inc 2 trackdays. No issues - other than being a bit square by the end! Found it perfectly fine in the wet too, unlike the 021..

I remember asking what tyres they used on the CBR600s on the Ron Haslam day - BT023s.
The instructor said that they were a great all rounder, dry performance, wet performance, wear rate etc.
