time to plan those track days in the EU
Discussion
Yup. It works quite well.
You can either get your bike to Kings Lynn, Norfolk about 1-2 weeks beforehand, or pay £100 and get them to pick it up and deliver it. You then fly from Stansted late fri afternoon, arrive Jerez fri eve, a few beers. Two full days on track (Last time I went they ran 30 mins on, 30 mins off), then fly back sun eve.
Simple. No time off work, other than a slightly early doors on fri afternoon.
Its the last w/e in april. I think their weekend only price is around 695. The full 4 days on track means travelling on the thursday and tuesday, so requires 4 days off work. IMHO 2 days on track is enough. Each to their own though!
Cheers. Looking forward to racing the 7?

Stooz - how do you fancy two days on track at Val de Vienne in France in August - think it's bank hol but will check.
Val is an awesome modern track with good facilities, it's fast, wide, smooth & has good run off - it's also very technical with 18 corners that include some challenging doubles & triples - there is also a good back straight where you can really see some speed.
There is a circuit website - that I'm sure a Google search will bring up...
I've been there 3 times - which also includes my honeymoon last year! and I really rate it - we'll max at around 35/40 people and an open pit lane so you'll get more track time than you can throw a set of rennsports at.... the hotel is amazing, with a pool and it's less than a mile away sitting next to a river.... if that hasn't convinced you - check out the pics from the last trips on Motopsychosis!!!
P.S. The group I go with don't advertise - it's word of mouth & invite - which means the bonus is that it's a really nice group of people - I can't stress enough what a huge difference that makes to the dynamics!
EMail me for the numbers if you're interested.
GET ON! ya know ya wanna
Details for Brno are not confirmed yet & the Cartegena trip is happening soon so thats no good for ya

folks -- new here :-)
Val Du Vienne (Byrne up) is a pretty smart but high workload track in a stunning part of France..
Off to Categena in a few weeks with Byrne up again -- pretty slick crew all things considered (much easier than planning/doing it for yourselves)
Ridden the bikes down in one day before but this year strictly tranporting them and me and the boys sitting in comfort on the plane ! (getting old!)

You may or may not get on with how they decide to run their days depending upon your personality. Mail me offline if you want me to explain in more detail!
