You could have got the turbos level
Absolutely loopy; best thing built by a man in a shed for years! Doubt you'll have any air temperature issues with the filters there - mine is drawing from much the same location and is fine so far
Cheers pupp were both in the diy club..Absolutely loopy; best thing built by a man in a shed for years! Doubt you'll have any air temperature issues with the filters there - mine is drawing from much the same location and is fine so far
And the turbos are like that for a reason you will see
Just uploading a video at the min need to chop it about from Macs 65billion meg video.
Fired first turn of the key..running on an old 4.6 Map with exhaust only under the block hence the loudness. New exhaust to be made next week I hope

What water injection system are you using Neal? and on what basis does it inject? - seems like the perfect solution for the Turbo tho.
Cheers again Nick - I'm running 2 Aquamist systems (not plumbed in yet fully) going to inject 1 x 0.5mm jet in each turbo (pre turbo) and 1 x 1mm jet in the inlet pipe just before the TB.
Had a single system when it was a rover engine and you could see the temps tumble when activated but it never got crazy hot with the big front mount intercooler anyway.

Is there a chance of the exhaust catching the chassis when the engine moves ?
Every chance lolBut will cross any problems when I have too...its definitely tight running the 6 speed gearbox size wise but I got to get 2 x 2.5" pipes down the side to not compromise the power.
Sssppgg had the same gearbox / pipe setup in his car and that was ok so fingers crossed
